Recipe: Cream Cheese Frosting

Cream cheese FrostingBelow you will find the recipe of the Cream Cheese Frosting that I use most of the time to decorate cakes, cupcakes and popcakes. This is a very easy recipe if you love baking and taste very good. I hope you will try it soon and enjoy decorating with it many of your cakes.

Ingredients:

1 pack or 250 mg or 8 oz of cream cheese.

1/2 cup of butter

2 tablespoons of vanilla essence

1 kg / 2 lb of powdered sugar

Preparation:

Cream the cream cheese, butter and vanilla in the mixer until very good incorporated and fluffy. Add the powedered sugar and keep mixing until it is smooth. Place in a bowl and start decorating for your party!
