A Space Party is a really cool theme for a birthday party of any age, and this time we were very happy to put our creativity and use our imagination to transform a venue into a space environment!

The first thing we did was to get a lot of LED lights to set up the mood at the venue, bluish purple was the colour chosen and this really made the room feel different.

For the decorations of the space party, we took silver and black as base colours and used several party supplies in these two colours. We had table decorations from the brand Ginger Ray in silver polka dots, we specially liked the popcorn bags from this collection.

We added some tassel garlands in silver and black colours to the dessert table, to make it look more festive. The table itself was a beautiful glass table with a very nice futuristic design.

To decorate the dessert table we created a custom made backdrop on the space theme. To create the backdrop we painted a white canvas with black paint and then did some handmade space related drawings with a small brush and white colour paint. We added a Happy Birthday silver garland and some silver incandescent paper fans from the brand Ginger ray as well.

Then we inflated many foil silver and black helium balloons in the shapes of stars and moons to decorate the room. And to add a bit of fun, we also created some alien balloons with green latex balloons and a black marker.

We let the company Nitteler Hof take care of the catering of the party, as they provide delicious food and great service! And for the cake, we were very happy with the beautiful cake with silver flying stars and sugar paste planets created by Celebrating Kids.
