Last Saturday we finally had our beautiful High Tea Party, to celebrate my 28th Birthday! This was really nice theme to celebrate in our lovely garden on a sunny day. For this party I created some custom made flowers in paper and used our vintage porcelain tea set.

To start we had some mini sandwiches with cucumber, chicken curry, Caesar chicken and salmon avocado, you can find the recipes to those sandwiches on my blog post here.

For dessert we had some delicious sweet treats like:macarons, mini tartlets, small cakes, donuts, etc and of course the birthday cake.

Finally we had a special cocktail called Hugo, which is prepared with Elderflower Syrup, Lemon, Mint and Sparkling Wine or Champagne.

For decoration I used a lot of pink roses, empty glass jars, lace ribbon and some dollies to wrap the napkins on.
