
Halloween is one of our favorite festivities at The Party Ville and one of the events we’ve done the most.
We love the fun in the costumes, the decoration and of course the theme food that comes along with it. That’s why we love Halloween! And, known also as a party for kids & adults we want to suggest a great twist for the menu… a mocktail!
Drinking mocktails during Halloween will help all types of invitees to socialize and get into the festive spirit and social aspect of the holiday. Here’s our recipe for a mocktail that will be the star of your Halloween, a Candy corn inspired punch!
Ingredients:
- 1 4-serving-size package lemon jello / gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 cups mango juice (found in international grocery store section)
- Orange soda
- 1 cup whipping cream (whipped) or Cool Whip
candy corn (optional)

Instructions:
1. Combine gelatin and the boiling water in a large bowl. Stir until the gelatin is totally dissolved. Pour in the mango nectar and stir until well incorporated. Pour the yellow drink mixture into a clear glass pitcher. Cover the pitcher and chill in the fridge for about 2 hours or until slightly thickened, but not set.
2. Once the first layer has chilled take the pitcher out of the fridge and slowly pour the orange soda over the yellow gelatin layer, until desired height is obtained. Be really careful while pouring as to not cause a hole in the yellow layer.
3. Spoon or pipe whipping cream or cool whip over orange soda until desired height is obtained. Add candy corn for a final touch if desired.
