Now that the year is ending, it is a good time to think about all that happened in 2016! It is really amazing how much we achieved this year, if I remember well, by the beginning of the year it was only a plan to do the party organising hobby an actual business however after a lot of hours of hard work, partnerships and networking, we can now look back and say WOW, we managed to do more than 40 events!!

There were many sleepless nights, many stressful times and moments when I really didn’t know if it was the right choice to stop my job career and follow a dream, many days when I just saw negative numbers on the bank account and I was not very sure of what i was doing; to be honest it was not always easy, but I can say that every time that a party was done, and I saw the illusion and happiness on the persons, I knew it was worth it, I knew that this was my mission in life, my way to make people happy, a way to share a talent and a way that I could also be happy.

During 2016, I can say that I was very lucky meeting a lot of new friends, a lot of people who believed in the idea and people who supported a lot, I won’t say names, but I think those people know, persons who recommended me, who promoted on social media the work, who took photos, made videos, invited me to events, all these people were a big part of what The Party Ville is now and I will forever be thankful for that.

Finally I have met more passionate people like me, who have started to work together to create the best parties, I feel so lucky to have found Nikki, my closest business partner, a perfectionist artist, who understands 100% all about my crazy head and has the same vision to make amazing parties! I have found Kadri the paper expert who is as passionate about us for crafting and creating beautiful decorations, Gabriella our baking expert who can make beautiful and delicious cakes which are perfect for our parties and finally Ana, who makes the most beautiful icing cookies!

I can say that 2016 was a big year for the party ville a year of start, a year of hard work, a year of finding ourselves and a year of many lessons learned! I want to say thank you to you dear readers for supporting this blog and to our partners who constantly support us!

I hope that in 2017 the team can keep growing and we are able to find more passionate people who would share the same vision as us and who want to help us continue creating amazing parties! We have big plans for 2017, our party shop will open in the next months! We can’t wait to make more DIY’s, party decorations and piñatas, we are very excited to have already 20 parties booked for next year so I am confident that 2017 will be a year of growth to continue making even more people happy!
