Piña colada cocktails with a twist

Following that idea, a Piña colada cocktail, could bring to a lot of types of parties a tropical essence with its perfect balance of flavors and sweetness, the coconut and pineapple together is always a fantastic and refreshing treat. This cocktail captures the essence of the Caribbean spirit with its blend of the best types of rum, pineapple, and coconut cream.

In this blog post, we’ll present you with some simple recipes you can try in your next Carnival, Flamingo, Tropical or Hawaiian party:

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz white rum
  • 1 cup of frappé ice
  • 1 oz coconut cream
  • Pineapple wedge and a little cherry
  • 3 oz of pineapple juice

Recipe:

  • In a blender, combine the white rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and the cup of ice.
  • Blend until it is creamy and mainly smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a glass.
  • Garnish with a pineapple wedge and the cherry on a cocktail pick or on the edge of the glass.
  • Serve with a theme paper straw and enjoy the taste of the Tropic!

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz white rum
  • 1 oz coconut milk or cream of coconut
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 4-6 fresh mint leaves
  • Soda water

Recipe:

  • Crush the mint leaves before adding the white rum, coconut milk, pineapple juice, and lime juice into a glass; mix the ingredients.
  • Fill the glass with ce and pour well the mix and as a final step add the soda water.

  • 1 oz coconut cream
  • 1 cup of frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup crushed ice

The recipe:

  • In a blender, combine the white rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, frozen strawberries, and crushed ice.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, ensuring the strawberries are well incorporated.
  • Pour the mixture into a glass and add a strawberry slice to decorate.

For this specific cocktail we advice you to add a dash of lime juice for a slight sour touch or adjust the amount of coconut cream to suit your taste preferences (sweeter).
